My favorite room (besides that amazing bathroom) was the room to the right of the entrance by the architectural drawings that had photographs and short videos about the family. The feeling that I was in someone elses space that had once before been such a huge part of their life was very exciting. My initial thoughts for the show involved making the space appear like it would if it was still in use by the family. Little fabricated toys sprinkled around the house, clothing garments, paperwork, letters, the smell of someone cooking, or the noise of the kids playing. The house has so much character itself that it is very much alive, but I think that something to subtly reference it's past inhabitants would be interesting...
